Before you start
You enter your contact and marina details, choose a plan, and save a card securely with Stripe. After you verify your email, Atlantis prepares your private workspace and sends your account invitation. Your setup checklist guides you through your facility, spaces, rates, documents and payment connection.
The 14-day trial starts when your private workspace is ready. Saving your card does not charge your plan. Your selected subscription is charged after the trial unless you cancel beforehand. There is no setup fee.
No. Self-service is there if you want it, and assisted onboarding is free on every plan: Atlantis configures your workspace, imports your customers, vessels, assignments and agreements, connects payments and trains your team on your own marina. Choose either path, or switch between them, at any point before you launch.
Your new workspace stays private until you launch. Complete the required setup and payment checks, preview your marina, then use the go-live control when you are ready.
You can start with reservations, billing, contracts and boater accounts. Smart lift automation is usage-based at $1 per connected lift per month. Controllers, cameras and counter hardware are separate purchases when needed.
Yes, and it is free. Send Atlantis your customer list, vessel details, slip or rack assignments and agreements as spreadsheets, an export from your current software or paper, and we load them into your private workspace and walk them through with you before you go live. Nothing is imported automatically when you apply, so tell us what you have.
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel from Plan & billing in Facility Settings. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the plan charge. After paid service begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
