Do I need an account before browsing marinas?

No. You can explore the Atlantis marina directory first. When you are ready to request a slip, join a waitlist, or connect to a facility, Atlantis walks you through creating a secure boater account.

What documents should I upload before requesting a slip?

Insurance, vessel registration, and a current ID usually keep approvals moving fastest. Upload them once and Atlantis keeps them available for the participating marinas you choose to contact.

Can I pay invoices and store payment methods in the app?

Yes. Atlantis Boater App supports stored payment methods, invoice history, statements, and autopay where the marina enables them, so account standing is easy to track before arrival.

Can I request services from approved marina vendors?

When a facility enables marketplace services, you can request approved vendors and contractors for work such as cleaning, maintenance, catering, fuel, or dockside support directly through the marina workflow.

What happens if my marina is not listed yet?

You can still create a boater account and contact Atlantis. We can help route interest to the facility and notify you as new marinas come online.

Who do I contact if I need help?

Start with your marina for facility-specific questions like slip assignments or balances. For account access, app downloads, or technical issues, use the Atlantis support center or email Help@AtlantisControlSystems.com.
