Dry stack is switched on for your marina during setup; you then add buildings and rack positions from your dashboard, and the module bills from what is active.

What Atlantis bills on your first invoice. Connected smart lifts are added per lift.

Your plan follows your marina: slips and rack positions both count toward your tier, so if your footprint grows past the plan you pick here, Atlantis moves you to the next plan up and bills the prorated difference on that invoice. It only moves up on its own — if your footprint shrinks, tell us and we will move it back down.

Boater payments settle to your own Stripe account. Atlantis takes 3% per successful transaction, on top of Stripe's own processing charges.

Onboarding is free, self-service or assisted by Atlantis, and never appears on this bill. Hardware is purchased separately.
