How the platform fee works
Our pricing philosophy for the pilot is simple: no digital payments, no Atlantis fee. A flat 1% Atlantis fee on digital payments processed through the platform replaces your monthly subscription entirely.
Pilot Platform Fee
1% on any digital payment processed through Atlantis
Cash is exempt. Stripe bills their own card and ACH processing fees directly — we don't mark them up or rebill them. No monthly software fee and no Atlantis setup fee; required Ship Store counter hardware is purchased separately if needed.
1% on digital payments
A flat 1% Atlantis platform fee on any digital payment processed on the platform — slip rent, transient dockage, fuel, lift service, anything that moves through Atlantis.
Cash is exempt
Cash, paper checks, and any payment you collect outside the platform are never charged. We only charge on what flows through Atlantis.
Stripe charges their own fees
Stripe handles card and ACH processing and bills their standard rates directly — separate from the 1% Atlantis fee. We don't mark up or rebill Stripe.
Locked in for life
Pilot partners keep the 1% platform fee permanently, even after we roll the program out to new marinas at standard pricing.
Counter hardware is separate
Ship Store hardware is purchased separately if needed. We recommend Stripe Terminal S710 for card payments, POS80 receipt printer, Cash drawer controlled by the receipt printer, Barcode reader, Chrome-capable computer with at least 2 USB ports.
