Start with the boater dashboard

Use the account dashboard as the daily starting point for reservations, balances, documents, messages, and marina access.

Read the next-up panel first

The next-up panel surfaces the highest-value action for the account. Check it before opening individual pages because it combines reservations, open balances, document status, and message activity into one place.

  1. Step 1Confirm the marina shown at the top of the panel.
  2. Step 2Open the highlighted action if it names a due invoice, upcoming stay, or missing document.
  3. Step 3Use the dashboard widgets below it when you need more detail.
2

Use quick actions for routine work

Quick actions are the fastest way to jump into the most common boater tasks without hunting through the sidebar.

  1. Step 1Use Vessel Profile when dimensions, shore power, or registration details changed.
  2. Step 2Use Billing when the dashboard shows an upcoming payment.
  3. Step 3Use Documents before arrival if insurance, identification, or registration needs review.
3

Know what the scan pass means

The scan pass is account context for a connected marina. It is not a universal gate credential. Use it only where marina staff have enabled and communicated that workflow.

If access instructions differ from the dashboard, follow the marina instructions and message the dockmaster for clarification.
